Seller terms
Version 2026-10-16-v2 · Test-only seller billing
Fee agreement
I agree to pay Listly a 2% service fee on the final item sale price, excluding shipping and taxes, for verified completed sales of listings published through Listly. A €100 sale means a €2 fee. A buyer's payment alone is not completion; orders cancelled before completion are not charged, and fees are held while an item dispute is unresolved. Once a sale completes, its fee is generally non-refundable after a later return or refund, except where required by law or charged in error. I authorise Listly to save my payment method and charge it automatically whenever my unpaid fees reach €2.
You can join, analyse photos, prepare and copy listings, and save drafts without a card. Acceptance and secure test payment-method setup are required before a listing goes live. Nothing charged today. Fees are charged automatically once your unpaid fees reach €2. Listly charges your saved payment method automatically once unpaid fees from verified completed sales reach €2 (or 2.00 in the sale's currency) — checked daily around 09:15 UTC and whenever eBay sales are checked. €2 is a collection threshold, not a per-sale fee. Listly stores Stripe payment references, not card numbers.
Seller responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate listings, complying with marketplace rules, reporting self-reported sales accurately, and recording returns and item-price refunds. Listly is not the marketplace or the buyer and does not handle marketplace payouts.
Only verified completed sales (paid and fulfilled, not merely paid) of Listly-published listings are charged automatically. Fees are held while an item dispute is open, and orders cancelled before completion are never charged. Once a sale completes, its fee is generally non-refundable after a later return or refund, except where required by law or charged in error. Self-reported sales are unverified and never charged. A failed payment pauses further publishing; disputed Listly charges are held for review and never retried automatically, but Billing and draft preparation remain available.
All payment setup and collection remain in Stripe test mode. Use test payment methods only. This authorisation cannot trigger live charges in this version.
The fee policy forms part of this agreement and explains eligibility, calculation, tracking, the €2 collection threshold and duplicate-charge prevention.
These test-release terms require legal review and the operator's full business details before any live billing launch.
