Listly

Seller fee policy

Free to join and list. A 2% service fee applies when your item sells. No subscription.

Version 2026-10-16-v2 · Stripe test mode only. Use test payment methods. No real money is collected.

What is charged

The seller pays 2% of the final item sale price, excluding shipping and taxes, for completed sales of listings created or prepared through Listly. A €100 item sale means a €2 fee. No subscription, unsold-listing fees or fees on unrelated sales.

Marketplace buyers pay their marketplace. Listly charges the seller separately using the saved test payment method, never taking money from Vinted, Depop or eBay payouts.

Tracking and corrections

No card is needed to join, analyse photos, prepare listings or save drafts. Acceptance and test payment setup are required before a listing goes live. Only eBay sales verified through the official orders API after account linking and order-access approval, and matched to Listly's published listing IDs, are automatically invoiced. Vinted and Depop sales are self-reported and unverified, so they are not automatically invoiced. Preparing or copying a listing is not a sale.

A sale counts as completed only when eBay reports it paid and fulfilled; a buyer paying alone is not completion. Orders cancelled before completion have no fee. Fees are held while an eBay payment dispute is unresolved. Once a sale completes, its fee is generally non-refundable after a later return or marketplace refund, except where required by law or charged in error (contact support). Fees are rounded to the nearest cent.

Automatic collection at €2

Listly charges your saved payment method automatically once unpaid fees from verified completed sales reach €2 (or 2.00 in the sale's currency) — checked daily around 09:15 UTC and whenever eBay sales are checked. €2 is a collection threshold, not a per-sale fee.

Each sale has a unique reference and each charge uses persistent Stripe references, so the same fee can never be charged twice. Currencies are kept separate. If a payment fails, you are notified, further publishing pauses, and Billing lets you update your payment method, complete bank verification or retry. Listly charges you dispute with your bank are held for manual review and never retried automatically. Billing shows every fee, covered sale, charge status, receipt and your progress to the threshold.

Balances from the earlier monthly terms are preserved and charged once. New terms apply only after you accept the updated agreement.
